Important Payment & Fee Information

Payment Processing Fee: A 4% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions. We encourage payment with cash to avoid this fee.
Diagnostic Fee: The diagnostic fee of $148 is non-refundable. However, this fee will be applied to the total cost of any repairs performed by Milan's Motors.
Minimum Labor Charge: ELECTRICAL ISSUES MINIMUM 1/2 HOUR.

Vehicle Release & Storage Policy

Vehicle Release: VEHICLES WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL ALL PAYMENTS, INCLUDING REPAIR COSTS, TOWING FEES, AND DIAGNOSTIC FEES, HAVE BEEN MADE IN FULL.
Storage Fee: A STORAGE FEE OF $40.00 PER DAY will be charged for vehicles not picked up within 48 HOURS of completed repairs/services.
Abandoned Vehicles: Vehicles not picked up after 30 days from notification of completed work may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to state law.

Shop Liability: Milan's Motors is NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss or damage to the vehicle, or articles left in the vehicle, in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond the shop's control, WHILE IN OUR POSSESSION FOR REPAIRS OR STORAGE.
Towing Disclaimer: While we take every precaution, Milan's Motors is not responsible for pre-existing damage or non-visible damage that may occur during the towing process.
Customer-Supplied Parts: If a customer provides their own parts, Milan's Motors will charge 30% above labor cost. No warranty will be provided for parts that you supply
